- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable prompt libraries
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to improve accuracy and relevance
- Train stakeholders on prompt design principles and AI interaction best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI model capabilities and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
- Proven track record of designing production-ready AI conversation systems
- Expertise in NLP techniques and transformer model architectures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify prompt performance metrics
- Experience with prompt optimization frameworks like LangChain or DSPy
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
