Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to achieve optimal performance across diverse use cases
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI interaction requirements and translate them into prompt engineering strategies
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation standards
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve prompt effectiveness
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt architectures
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices for team knowledge sharing
- Ensure all AI outputs comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, or similar large language model platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks
