- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement prompt solutions across enterprise applications
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop documentation frameworks for prompt libraries and best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and contribute to research initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization methodologies
- Contribute to ethical AI guidelines for prompt engineering workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP system design
- Proficiency with LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and metrics analysis
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering toolkits (LangChain, DSPy)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
