Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes

- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or language model development
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production-level AI systems
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills
