We're seeking a creative technologist to design, optimize, and implement advanced prompt engineering solutions for our next-generation AI platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable prompt frameworks and contribute to groundbreaking AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Develop and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries with version control
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Conduct A/B testing to measure and improve prompt effectiveness
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Research emerging AI techniques and adapt prompt methodologies accordingly
- Train and mentor junior prompt engineers on equipment utilization and optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, and LLaMA model architectures
- Proficiency with Python, Hugging Face, and LangChain frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to design complex prompt chains and templates
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems (Git)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating prompt performance metrics
