- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt engineering
- Document prompt frameworks and establish best practices for enterprise AI deployments
- Conduct A/B testing to maximize output accuracy and efficiency across diverse use cases
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering methodologies and best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI research to implement state-of-the-art prompting techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/NLP roles with 3+ years dedicated to prompt engineering
- Proven portfolio of complex prompt solutions for production-level applications
- Expertise in healthcare, logistics, or energy domain-specific AI implementations
- Advanced proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, DSPy)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose and resolve output inconsistencies
