- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt performance and user satisfaction
- Create technical documentation for prompt methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into production AI systems
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and implementation
- Research emerging AI capabilities and adapt prompt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI content development
- Expertise in NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystems
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for AI workflows
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative prompt engineering projects
