Responsibilities

- Conduct iterative testing to refine prompt effectiveness and output quality

- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate prompt strategies into ML pipelines
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Monitor model performance and implement prompt-based mitigation strategies
- Lead workshops to educate stakeholders on prompt engineering principles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused roles
- Proven track record of optimizing LLM outputs for production systems
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex language model behaviors
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced prompt design techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Experience with fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
