Responsibilities

- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align prompt solutions with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging prompt engineering techniques and tools
- Monitor model performance metrics and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles and ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development roles
- Proven expertise in designing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization projects with measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
