Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt architectures for large language models

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering into product workflows
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop ethical guidelines for AI interaction and bias mitigation in prompt design
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP system design
- Proficiency with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLM platforms
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and AI model behavior
- Expertise in Python and prompt development frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into precise prompt architectures
- Experience with iterative testing methodologies for AI systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
