Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and deploy enterprise-grade prompt frameworks for LLM applications
- Develop proprietary prompt engineering methodologies for healthcare and energy sectors
- Collaborate with research scientists to advance multi-modal AI capabilities
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI workflow solutions
- Contribute to patent filings for novel prompt optimization techniques
- Monitor and improve prompt performance through A/B testing and analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering experience with production LLMs
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and open-source model fine-tuning
