Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine AI prompts for large language models (LLMs) to generate high-quality, contextually relevant content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into prompt engineering strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations to optimize outputs
- Document prompt architectures, best practices, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and prompt engineering methodologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI content generation
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
