Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve precise outputs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into prompt engineering solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on prompt strategies to optimize accuracy and relevance
- Document prompt libraries and create best practice guides for engineering teams
- Monitor emerging AI trends and integrate new techniques into prompt development workflows
- Train and mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
- Ensure ethical AI usage and bias mitigation in all prompt designs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI fields
- Proven track record of developing complex prompts for production AI systems
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures (GPT, Claude, etc.) and their limitations
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
