- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions
- Establish ethical guidelines and bias-mitigation strategies for AI outputs
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design best practices
- Present findings to stakeholders through technical demonstrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in AI/ML roles with proven prompt engineering expertise
- Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, OpenAI API)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex AI behaviors
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Experience with enterprise AI deployments and scaling solutions
