- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model outputs using iterative prompt refinement
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Develop training materials for internal teams on prompt engineering best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and techniques through continuous research
- Present findings and solutions to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
- Expertise with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
