Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for production-level LLM applications
- Develop proprietary prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model responses using iterative prompt refinement
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt lifecycle management
- Lead A/B testing campaigns to evaluate prompt performance metrics
- Mentor junior engineers on advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Research emerging language model capabilities and integrate cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused development
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLM architectures
- Proficiency in Python with libraries like LangChain or Hugging Face
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Strong understanding of transformer model mechanics and attention mechanisms
- Experience with MLOps tools and prompt version control systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
