Responsibilities
- Model Refinement: Design, develop, and rigorously test advanced prompt engineering strategies to optimize the performance of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Output Optimization: Analyze model responses to identify biases, inaccuracies, and safety risks, implementing corrective prompt strategies to improve reliability.
- Workflow Integration: Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to integrate prompt-based logic into scalable software architectures.
- Dataset Curation: Create high-quality training datasets and few-shot examples to fine-tune models for specific enterprise use cases.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously monitor model behavior in production and implement A/B testing to refine user interactions and conversion rates.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and technical specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, natural language processing (NLP), or a related technical field with a focus on AI.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, JSON, and basic understanding of RESTful APIs and software development lifecycle.
- Creativity: Exceptional command of the English language with a flair for creative writing, ambiguity handling, and structural logic.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model parameters, and how to manipulate them via prompts.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex user requirements and translate them into precise, executable prompt structures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
