Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex prompt templates for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering strategies into production pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analysis on prompt variations to drive continuous improvement in model performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
- Train junior staff on advanced prompting techniques and LLM behavior.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or AI interaction design.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architecture, and natural language processing (NLP) principles.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and script automation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex system behaviors.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mesa, AZ.
