- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt solutions into production pipelines
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and alignment
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers on advanced prompt techniques and ethical AI practices
- Stay current with emerging AI models and prompt optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ complex prompt engineering projects
- Expertise in Python with libraries like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for AI systems
- Certification in Google Cloud AI, AWS ML, or equivalent preferred
