Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine AI prompts for diverse applications including customer service automation, content generation, and data analysis
- Conduct prompt optimization experiments using A/B testing frameworks to maximize model accuracy and response quality
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and integrate prompt strategies into production systems
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation standards for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and e-commerce sectors
- Monitor prompt performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering best practices and ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
