Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into our client-facing applications.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of best-in-class prompt templates and persona definitions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of AI responses to optimize performance metrics and user satisfaction.
- Analyze user feedback and model outputs to iteratively improve system instructions and reasoning capabilities.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM research.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI, NLP, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in using OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with model fine-tuning or RAG architectures.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for syntax, nuance, and tone.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise, actionable technical instructions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
