Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning cross-functional teams toward clear milestones.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, translating technical requirements into business value.
- Drive process improvements and implement Agile methodologies to maximize team efficiency and product quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring business continuity during critical phases.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment within the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
