Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 platform roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure migrations and optimization strategies using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality codebases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs and legacy systems.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and platform architecture.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
