Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud services
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Lead network security implementations including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex connectivity issues
- Document network architecture and create disaster recovery protocols
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct regular training sessions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certifications
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using diagnostic tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Valid CCNP or equivalent certification required
