Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise-grade Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular network audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance tuning.
- Respond to and resolve complex network outages with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical IT initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and changes.
Qualifications
- Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with VoIP systems and wireless networking solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical documentation abilities.
