Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
- Implement and maintain Cisco/Juniper routing/switching configurations with zero tolerance for downtime
- Lead network security protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architecture
- Perform proactive network monitoring using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Document network topology, configurations, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integration and SD-WAN solutions
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network incidents and escalations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper enterprise networking equipment
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing protocols
- Certification required: CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent (CCIE/JNCIE preferred)
- Proven experience with Palo Alto/CheckPoint firewalls and network security best practices
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Ansible) for automation tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services and cloud migration
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
