Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade LAN/WAN infrastructure supporting 10,000+ users
- Implement advanced network security solutions including Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Umbrella
- Lead network migrations and upgrades with zero-downtime methodologies
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Splunk analytics platforms
- Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting for complex routing/switching issues
- Document network architecture using Visio and Lucidchart tools
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct monthly training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching
- CCNP or JNCIP certification required (CCIE/JNCIE preferred)
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols
- Proficiency with VMware NSX and ACI technologies
- Strong Python/Ansible automation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in financial services or healthcare IT compliance
