Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize LAN/WAN infrastructure including Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve complex network outages with SLA-driven incident management
- Implement security protocols including VPNs, VLANs, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network architecture and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
- Train junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required, CCIE preferred
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking hardware
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Experience with SD-WAN implementation and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in network automation with Python or Ansible
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
