Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network solutions including LAN/WAN configurations
- Implement and manage Cisco, Juniper, and Arista hardware with zero downtime
- Lead network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Perform proactive monitoring and rapid troubleshooting for 24/7 critical infrastructure
- Document network architectures and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct regular system audits
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNP/JNCIP certification or equivalent advanced credentials
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing
- Proven experience with network automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+) preferred
- Ability to manage complex projects with SLA-driven requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
