Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN infrastructures including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba systems
- Implement network security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG to ensure optimal uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networks
- Document network architectures, configurations, and incident reports in compliance with industry standards
- Lead network migration projects while maintaining zero-downtime operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network administration with CCNP/JNCIP certification
- Expert knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies
- Proven experience with network automation using Python and Ansible
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN solutions and cloud networking architectures
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues at Layer 2-7 using Wireshark and protocol analyzers
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
