Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Lead network migrations and disaster recovery initiatives
- Document network architecture and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integration
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CCNP or JNCIP certification required
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista hardware
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
