Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade network solutions including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Lead complex network migrations and infrastructure upgrades
- Develop and maintain network documentation (topologies, diagrams, SOPs)
- Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical network incidents
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise network administration with Cisco/Juniper expertise
- CCNP/JNCIP certification (or equivalent advanced certification)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
