Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba solutions
- Lead complex network migrations and expansions while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting using Wireshark, SolarWinds, and other diagnostic tools
- Develop network security protocols and implement zero-trust architecture principles
- Document network topology, configurations, and disaster recovery procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews for network designs
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premises and AWS/Azure environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (CCNP/JNCIP required)
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise network infrastructure design and implementation
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and advanced routing protocols
- Strong background in network automation with Python/Ansible
- Certification in AWS/Azure networking solutions preferred
- Proven experience leading network transformation projects
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to resolve complex outages
- Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder management
