Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines focused on the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to drive product differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments with high availability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying models to production using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with MLOps tools and methodologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
