Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and generative AI architectures.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of models in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to optimize performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the data science team.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
