Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive product innovation.
- Optimize model performance and ensure high availability and low latency for our core services.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
