Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI/ML.
- Deploy models to production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Research emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
