Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Train end-users on emerging technologies and security best practices
- Oversee vendor management for IT service contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 deployment, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ITIL incident/problem/change management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
