Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead technical architecture decisions and conduct code reviews
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
