Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security solutions
- Deploy and maintain virtual infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and system migrations
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system performance and optimize network resources
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expert-level troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 and macOS
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with cloud services (Azure/AWS) preferred
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
