Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/macOS environments across 500+ endpoints
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network infrastructure, including Cisco switches and firewalls
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols using tools like CrowdStrike and Okta
- Deploy and manage cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with 2+ years in cloud environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure certifications required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
