What You'll Do:
As a key member of our IT team, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to end-users while managing critical infrastructure. Your role is vital in maintaining our productivity and ensuring a seamless digital experience for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure, deploy, and manage end-user devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Administer and maintain the company's Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and VPN infrastructure.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct user onboarding and offboarding, including hardware setup and security access management.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and security audits.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office Suite).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into plain English.
- Valid CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
