Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead hardware/software deployments and lifecycle management
- Document IT processes and maintain service documentation
- Mentor junior IT staff and optimize support workflows
- Collaborate with DevOps on infrastructure automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and networking fundamentals
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Admin
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
