Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and cybersecurity posture
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for end-user training
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee technology procurement cycles
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure certification required
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and network troubleshooting
- Proven experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments
