Responsibilities
Endpoint Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Network & Infrastructure Support: Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues, and assist in the maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
User Support & Training: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop, while conducting on-site training sessions for end-users on best practices and security protocols.
Security & Compliance: Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies, performing vulnerability assessments, and managing user access controls within Active Directory.
Hardware Lifecycle: Manage the lifecycle of hardware assets, including procurement, asset tagging, and recycling of obsolete equipment.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years).
Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MS-102) is highly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in an IT Support role, specifically within a professional services or enterprise environment.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
