Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced security architectures to protect against cyber threats.
- Monitor security alerts and conduct real-time incident response and forensics.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Manage and enforce identity and access control policies (IAM) across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Stay current on emerging threats and industry best practices to recommend proactive security measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or GIAC GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and SOC platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python or Bash.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, and encryption standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
