Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise security architecture.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify and mitigate threats in real-time.
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to contain breaches and recover systems.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage penetration testing programs to identify weaknesses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and employee training programs.
- Collaborate with cloud teams to secure AWS and Azure environments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security engineering, or a related field.
- Active certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+.
- Strong hands-on experience with SIEM technologies, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Deep knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with cloud security configurations (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
