Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for low-latency inference in edge environments.
- Architect MLOps pipelines that integrate seamlessly with quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced AI solutions.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for neural network optimization.
- Ensure data privacy, ethical AI compliance, and bias mitigation in all training datasets.
- Predict and adapt to emerging AI paradigms, such as autonomous agents and multimodal learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production at scale using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Experience with model compression techniques (Quantization, Pruning) for 2026 deployment standards.
