Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance generative AI architectures using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Develop and enforce robust guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and alignment with human values.
- Prompt Engineering & Fine-tuning: Lead research into advanced prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning methods for domain-specific applications.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models on cloud infrastructure, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor the rapidly evolving AI landscape (including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing) to integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering with a focus on AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks.
