Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Technology Policy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or post-2025 technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
